After paying the fees through the purchase program, you can use the membership services provided by the Lefun VIP. Before starting the purchasing process, please agree and accept the following terms of service.

This agreement is a service agreement signed between you and Tengjinda Software Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tengjinda") regarding the provision of various membership services for "dial content". It describes the rights and obligations between Tengjinda and users of Lefun VIP services regarding software licensing, service usage, and related aspects. By agreeing to this agreement, you may enjoy membership benefits.

Tengjinda hereby reminds you to carefully read all the terms and conditions in this service agreement in advance, including but not limited to exemption clauses that exempt or limit Tengjinda's responsibilities, as well as clauses that limit the rights of users. Please carefully review and decide whether to accept or not to accept this service agreement.

At the same time, the various specifications, rules, and other regulations regarding membership services issued by Tengjinda from time to time will also be considered as a part of this agreement. When you use this service, you are also accepting and agreeing to all the terms of this agreement and related specifications, rules, and other terms. This agreement may be updated by Tengjinda at any time and shall come into effect upon your repeated consent.

If you are a minor, you should read this agreement with your parents or guardians before deciding to use this service to ensure that they understand the content of the agreement. You are not allowed to use this service without the consent of your parents or guardians. By using this service, it means:

(1) You declare and guarantee that you are 18 years old or above;

(2) You have obtained permission from your parents or guardians to use this service. In addition, Teng Jinda suggests that parents and guardians supervise and guide their children when using the internet, mobile terminals, and other devices.

1 General Provisions

The Lefun VIP service is a value-added service provided by Tengjinda. Under this service, you can use the online or local content of a specific dial (collectively referred to as "dial content"). The specific scope of dial content and corresponding membership benefits content shall be subject to the clear or annotated content on the corresponding purchase page and content display page of Tengjinda. Before you decide to purchase the relevant membership services, please carefully read this agreement and the membership benefits clearly stated on the relevant purchase page. Tengjinda will provide you with membership services in accordance with the terms of the membership agreement and the membership benefits specified on the relevant purchase page. You must fully and strictly comply with the terms of this fee agreement when enjoying the Lefun VIP service.

1.2 Tengjinda has been updating, revising, and improving this service. Tengjinda may add or remove features or performance to this service, set new restrictions, temporarily suspend or permanently stop providing a certain service; Tengjinda continuously improves service quality and modifies service terms based on the development of the Internet and changes in relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. The expression of your rights and obligations, purchase procedures, and fee standards are subject to the latest service terms. If you do not agree to the modification of this clause, it does not affect the assumption of responsibilities and obligations that have already occurred.

1.3 Tengjinda has the right to supervise, prompt, and inspect all online activities of member users. If a user's behavior violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement, Tengjinda has the right to demand correction and hold them accountable. All services provided by Tengjinda to member users are limited to their use on Tengjinda's limited platform in the manner set by Tengjinda. Any illegal means such as malicious cracking that separate the service content provided by Tengjinda from the Tengjinda limited platform do not constitute the services provided by Tengjinda as stipulated in this agreement. The perpetrator shall be responsible for all legal consequences arising therefrom, Tengjinda will hold the perpetrator legally responsible in accordance with the law.

2. Procedure for obtaining membership services

2.1 Methods to become a member user

(1) You can activate membership services through various existing and future channels, and payment may involve page redirection. Membership prices and benefits may vary due to different service cycles, current marketing activities, or the type of membership service you choose. The amount and benefits displayed at the time of service activation shall prevail. Once you purchase any membership service, it is deemed that you acknowledge the price and membership benefits indicated on the service.

(2) When using a specific method to activate membership services, you must carefully read and confirm the user agreements and usage methods related to the payment channel.

2.2 When you make a successful payment, you will be able to successfully activate the membership service and enjoy the corresponding benefits and services. The membership service is a digital product, and the benefits will be activated upon purchase. Moreover, the value will be greatly reduced, and unsubscribe without reason is not supported. The membership validity date starts from the time of service activation. You can log in to the Lefun VIP consumption records and other related pages to check your order. The membership service has a fixed period of time, and once you successfully purchase it, it will be considered as your acceptance of its usage service period. Please make full use of the purchased service content within the valid membership period. If you do not fully utilize your membership benefits within the valid period, Tengjinda will not issue a refund. Your service cycle will not be extended due to interruptions or terminations in the use of the Lefun VIP during the service period.

2.3 When your membership service expires, Tengjinda will stop providing corresponding membership services and benefits, and can remind members of renewal matters through messages and other means. You need to renew to renew your membership.

2.4 After becoming a member, you have the right not to accept Tengjinda's services and can apply for cancellation of membership services or termination of membership. But if it is not due to the service malfunction provided by Tengjinda, you cannot receive a refund of the fee.

2.5 Tengjinda has the right to adjust the purchase price of membership services and notify you of the price adjustment details within a reasonable time before the purchase behavior occurs. After the new price takes effect, you will need to accept the new price when making a purchase, and any unexpired membership services purchased before the price adjustment will not be affected.

2.6 If you activate the automatic renewal function for continuous monthly subscription, the price of your existing automatic renewal will not be affected by subsequent changes in membership service prices. If you do not accept the current continuous monthly service price, you can stop the automatic renewal function.

2.7 Tengjinda will carry out marketing activities irregularly according to its own business operation plan. You should comply with the rules on the corresponding marketing activity page in order to have the opportunity to obtain the relevant rights and interests of the activities.

3. Relevant provisions on the rights and restrictions of member users

During the validity period of the membership service, you can give priority to participating in activities organized by Tengjinda under the same conditions and enjoy various discounts and value-added services provided by Tengjinda.

3.2 The "member free download" function mentioned in the Lefun VIP benefits product refers to the fact that the downloaded member products can only be downloaded and used for free during the member's validity period. After the membership expires, the downloaded member products will be unusable. If you renew your membership, these member products can still be used during the membership period.

3.3 When using the Lefun VIP service and benefits, you need to log in to your account and connect to the internet to confirm your membership status. If you refuse to log in or connect, you will not be able to use member services and benefits.

3.4 Your membership service benefits and terms cannot be transferred between accounts. The membership service you purchased can only be used for personal purposes and cannot be used for commercial, profit or other purposes. You agree not to display or transfer all or part of the content you have obtained through membership services in any public place, whether for a fee or free of charge, unless your aforementioned actions do not constitute infringement.

3.5 When purchasing or using membership services, the following situations are prohibited:

(1) Using purchased Lefun VIP services in illegal ways or for illegal purposes.

(2) Provide your account to any third party, whether paid or unpaid, and allow them to use membership services and benefits that are not purchased by them through your account. To avoid the occurrence of the aforementioned situations as much as possible, Tengjinda will establish usage rules and restrictions on the abnormal use of the account. If any violation of these rules occurs, it will be considered a violation of this agreement, and Tengjinda will take temporary/permanent measures to restrict the continued use of the account.

(3) Copying, selling, renting, or authorizing the content provided by member services to any third party.

(4) Proactively attack, reverse operate, alter, sabotage, or otherwise tamper with any security measures or technologies used to protect the rights and interests of Tengjinda or its third-party partners, or assist others in carrying out such actions.

(5) Obtain membership service license products through methods recognized by non Tengjinda or Tengjinda third-party partners, or remove any ownership statements or labels on such products.

3.7 If you continue to violate the relevant regulations of this member user, especially the provisions of Article 4 "Member User Code", or if Tengjinda believes that your behavior has damaged the reputation and interests of Tengjinda or others, Tengjinda has the right to cancel your membership user qualification without providing any compensation. Users whose membership service qualifications have been cancelled will no longer be able to participate in the activities organized by Tengjinda and will no longer enjoy the various discounts and value-added services provided by Tengjinda, that is, they will no longer enjoy the rights of member users.

4 Member User Guidelines

4.1 You are entitled to equal rights as a member user and must comply with all rules and regulations regarding membership services. You are fully responsible for all your actions and behaviors (whether intentional or not) when using the services provided by Tengjinda.

4.2 You are not allowed to use other user accounts for registration or use of the Lefun VIP service. Once discovered, Tengjinda has the right to confiscate the account and cancel your Lefun VIP user qualification without any compensation or refund.

4.3 Membership user qualification only belongs to initial users. Without the permission of Tengjinda, you are not allowed to gift, borrow, rent, transfer or sell membership user qualifications, or otherwise license users who have not initially opened membership services to use membership user qualifications.

4.4 When using the Lefun VIP service, Tengjinda and you should comply with the usage rules in the "Theme User Agreement" at the same time.

5 Accounts and Information Security

Respecting personal privacy is the responsibility of Tengjinda. Tengjinda will not disclose, edit, or disclose your registration information and any non-public content without your authorization. However, exceptions are required to be disclosed according to mandatory provisions of relevant laws and regulations.

You are responsible for the proper and correct storage, use, and maintenance of the account, account information, and account password obtained through your application on Tengjinda. You should take necessary and effective confidentiality measures for your account information and password. If your account password is leaked due to reasons not attributable to Tengjinda, or if you cause losses due to improper storage, use, or maintenance, Tengjinda shall not be liable for any related responsibilities.

6 Notice and Announcement Methods

The notifications and announcements of the Lefun VIP service will be published in the following forms, including but not limited to:

7 Payment Statement

7.1 You can obtain the qualification to use the Lefun VIP service through existing and future payment channels. When purchasing membership services in a specific way, you must read and confirm acceptance of the relevant service terms and usage methods.

7.2 The ownership of the account belongs to Tengjinda, and you have limited usage rights for specific services under the account (such as purchased members).

7.3 The content provided under the Lefun VIP service has a fixed service period, and once you successfully purchase it, it will be deemed as your acceptance of its usage service period. Please make full use of the purchased services within the valid membership period. Unless you are unable to use the membership services due to service malfunctions, you will not be able to receive a refund.

7.4 Tengjinda only provides the services related to this agreement. In addition, devices related to network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other devices related to accessing the Internet or mobile networks) and required expenses (such as phone and internet fees paid for accessing the Internet, mobile phone fees paid for using the mobile network, etc.) shall be borne by the user.

8 Disclaimer

8.1 Members who participate in activities related to membership services or use various discounts and value-added services shall not be held responsible for any personal or financial losses, damages or injuries suffered by Tengjinda due to reasons beyond their control, regardless of the reason.

8.2 Tengjinda is not responsible for any losses caused to users due to communication line failures, communication technology issues, network and computer failures, system instability, and other force majeure reasons caused by third parties such as telecommunications departments, and will not provide or compensate for them.

Termination of Membership Services

9.1 In case of force majeure events such as government actions or force majeure that prevent the continuation of membership services, Tengjinda will promptly notify users, but will not bear any losses caused to users and will not refund fees.

Due to rights authorization issues, certain content under the Lefun VIP service may change and cannot be downloaded and used. In this case, Tengjinda will not be responsible for any losses caused to the user and will not refund the fees.

9.3 If the user continues to violate this membership service agreement, Tengjinda has the right to cancel its membership user qualification. Users or Tengjinda can interrupt one or more membership services at any time according to actual circumstances. If member users have objections to the subsequent agreement modifications or are dissatisfied with Tengjinda's services, they can exercise the following rights:

(1) Stop using membership services.

(2) Notify Tengjinda to terminate its services to this user. After the end of the service, the user's right to use the membership service will immediately terminate, and Tengjinda has no obligation to transmit any unprocessed information or unfinished services to the user, except for those that involve the legitimate rights and interests of the user.

Among them, the "continuous violation" mentioned in this clause includes but is not limited to the user violating this agreement more than twice within a week, violating this agreement more than three times within a month, or other rules and standards published by Tengjin Da through notices, announcements, and other forms.

10 Dispute Resolution

The effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The "dial" and the member shall resolve any disputes arising from the performance of this agreement through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the people's court in the place where this agreement is signed for litigation resolution. The place where this agreement is signed is Bao'an District, Shenzhen.
