Automatic renewal agreement

Welcome to use the automatic renewal service (hereinafter referred to as the "Automatic Renewal Service" or the "Service"). In order to protect the rights and interests of the user (hereinafter referred to as "you"), please read all contents of this service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") in detail, especially the bold part, before using the Service. Minors should be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Unless you have read and agree to all contents of this Agreement, you do not have the right to use the Service. If you purchase or use this Service, it means that you have entered into an agreement with Shenzhen Tengjinda Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Tengjinda") and voluntarily accept all contents of this agreement.

Article 1 Acceptance and amendment of the Service Agreement

1.1 Automatic Renewal Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") This Agreement is an integral part of the "Member Service Agreement", the "User Agreement" and various rules that the Company has released or may release/update in the future, and has the same legal effect as the body of the Agreement. Matters not agreed herein shall be subject to the provisions of the "User Agreement" and "Member Service Agreement". In case of any conflict between this Agreement and other agreements and rules, this Agreement shall prevail. The various norms and rules about member services that we publish from time to time are part of the User Agreement, and the APP will publicize the above-mentioned norms and rules in an appropriate way.

1.2 Please understand and agree that the foregoing agreement and rules are prerequisites for your use of the Service. If you do not agree with this Agreement or any of the terms, please do not enter the subsequent operations. If you choose to continue using the Service, your use of the Service will be deemed to be an agreement to comply with the foregoing agreement and rules.

Article 2 Service Description

2.1 Automatic renewal service is only available for continuous monthly subscription, and the billing cycle fee is a monthly subscription fee. Under the premise that you have opened the Service, you irrevocably authorize our company to deduct the next billing cycle fee from the third-party payment account bound to your APP account by yourself or by a third-party payment channel when the validity period of the monthly contract service is about to expire.

2.2 Automatic renewal: The method of deducting the fee for the next billing cycle of the corresponding paid service by Tengjinda itself or by entrusts a third-party payment channel through the account mentioned in Article 2.1, and entering the amount into the payment record, while extending the validity period of the paid service accordingly. You must ensure that our company can successfully deduct from the above account by itself or entrust a third party payment channel, and you shall bear the responsibility for the renewal failure caused by insufficient deductible balance in the above account (including but not limited to termination of relevant rights and interests, inability to participate in relevant activities, etc.).

2.3 If you choose a third-party payment channel to enjoy the Service, you will be deemed to agree that our company will issue payment instructions to the third-party payment channel on your behalf, and agree that the third-party payment channel can deduct fees from the above account in the next billing cycle without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information according to the payment instructions issued by Tengjinda Company. When you choose a third-party payment channel, you may incur a third-party fee. The specific amount is subject to the amount displayed when you open the service.

Article 3 Rules for the use of automatic renewal

3.1 If there is any mistake in the process of fee deduction, Tengjinda Company and you shall cooperate closely to find out the cause, and each bear the loss caused by its own fault; If the loss is caused by the unequal fault of both parties, both parties shall bear the corresponding liability according to the degree of fault; If both parties are jointly responsible, they shall share the responsibility equally.

3.2 After you choose to use the Service, unless you choose to terminate the Service, your automatic debit trust to the Company is irrevocable, and the Company will not refund the fees paid by you based on the fees deducted by the Service under the payment method selected by you when you open the automatic renewal Service.

3.3 If the price of the monthly service is adjusted before the automatic renewal date, Tengjinda will publish the modified content on the relevant page before deduction, and deduct the price according to the current effective price.

3.4 Tengjinda Company does not charge any handling fee for your opening of this service, but Tengjinda Company has the right to decide whether to charge or adjust the automatic renewal cycle and fees according to business needs or market changes and other reasons, and make an announcement on the relevant page.

3.5 The Service provided by Tengjin to you is limited to your use on the APP platform. Any use of the paid membership service by malicious cracking or other illegal means to avoid renewal shall constitute a violation of this Agreement. All the legal consequences caused by the doer shall be responsible for, and the company will investigate the doer's legal responsibility according to law.

Article 4 Unsubscribe from the Service

4.1 You have the right to choose to terminate the Service at any time in the relevant pages of the Healthy Life APP platform. After termination, Tengjin will stop providing the Service to you.

4.2 Termination process, that is, closing the continuous package member service steps:

Apple end:

• Open [Settings] > iTunes Store > Apple ID > View Apple ID > Subscribe > Cancel the monthly subscription.

If you still cannot find the APP membership monthly service you want to cancel after checking the path, it indicates that you have canceled.

When you first purchase a continuous monthly service, you have read and agreed to the automatic deduction agreement. If you do not want to continue to renew, you can cancel the continuous monthly service according to the above method at any time, and the validity period of the opened member will not be affected after cancellation. If it is no longer opened, the fee will not be deducted.

4.3 The instruction that you have entrusted Tengjinda Company to automatically renew the deduction before you choose to terminate the Service is still valid. Tengjinda Company will not refund the deduction once it is successful, and will open the service for you in the next billing cycle.

Article 5 Lefun Health Value-added Services (Lefun Health members' monthly subscription description)

(1) Service name: VIP continuous monthly membership;

(2) Subscription period: one month;

(3) Subscription price: 18 yuan per month;

(4) Payment: After the user confirms the purchase and pays, it is credited to the iTunes account

(5) Cancel the renewal: To cancel the renewal, please manually turn off the "Automatic renewal" function in iTunes/ApplelD Settings Management 24 hours before the current subscription expires;

(6) Renewal: Apple iTunes account will be deducted within 24 hours before expiration, and the subscription period will be extended by one month after successful deduction;
