Automatic Renewal Agreement

Welcome to the Automatic Renewal Payment Service (hereinafter referred to as "Automatic Renewal Service" or "Service") of the Joy Health Life APP Membership. To protect your rights (hereinafter referred to as "you"), please read this Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully before using this Service, especially the bold parts. Minors should read this Agreement accompanied by their legal guardians.

Unless you have read and agreed to all contents of this Agreement, you are not entitled to use this Service. By purchasing or using this Service, you are deemed to have entered into an agreement with Shenzhen Teng Jinda Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Teng Jinda") and voluntarily accept all contents of this Agreement.

Article 1 Acceptance and Amendment of the Service Agreement

1.1 This Automatic Renewal Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a part of the Membership Service Agreement, User Agreement, and various rules already published or that may be published/updated by the company in the future. It has the same legal effect as the main body of these agreements. For matters not stipulated in this Agreement, refer to the provisions of the User Agreement and Membership Service Agreement. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and other agreements or rules, this Agreement shall prevail. Various regulations and rules regarding membership services issued by us from time to time are part of the User Agreement. This APP will appropriately announce the aforementioned regulations and rules after they take effect.

1.2 You understand and agree that the aforementioned agreements and rules are prerequisites for using this Service. If you do not agree to this Agreement or any of its terms, please do not proceed further. If you choose to continue using this Service, your actions will be deemed as agreeing to comply with the aforementioned agreements and rules.

Article 2 Service Description

2.1 The Automatic Renewal Service is only available in a continuous monthly subscription type, and the billing cycle fee is the monthly fee. Once you have activated this Service, you irrevocably authorize our company to deduct the fee for the next billing cycle from your third-party payment account (including but not limited to Alipay account, WeChat wallet account) linked to this APP account when the current monthly service period is about to expire, either by ourselves or through a third-party payment channel.

2.2 Automatic renewal: Teng Jinda will collect the fee for the next billing cycle of the relevant paid service through the account described in Article 2.1, either by itself or by entrusting a third-party payment channel. The payment will be recorded in the payment record, and the validity period of the paid service will be correspondingly extended. You must ensure that our company can successfully deduct the fee from the above account, either by ourselves or through a third-party payment channel. If the renewal fails due to insufficient balance in the above account, you shall bear the responsibility (including but not limited to the termination of relevant rights, inability to participate in related activities, etc.).

2.3 By choosing to use a third-party payment channel for this Service, you agree that our company can issue a deduction instruction to the third-party payment channel on your behalf, and you agree that the third-party payment channel can deduct the fee for the next billing cycle from the above account based on the deduction instruction issued by Teng Jinda, without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code, or other information. The third-party payment channel may charge a third-party service fee, the specific amount of which is subject to the amount displayed when you activate the service.

Article 3 Rules for Using Automatic Renewal

3.1 If an error occurs during the deduction process, Teng Jinda and you should cooperate closely to find out the cause. Each party shall bear the loss caused by its own fault; if the loss is caused by the unequal fault of both parties, the parties shall bear the corresponding responsibility according to the degree of fault; if both parties are jointly responsible, the responsibility shall be shared equally.

3.2 After you choose to use this Service, unless you choose to terminate the Service, your authorization to Teng Jinda for automatic deduction is irrevocable. The fee deducted by Teng Jinda based on this Service using the payment method selected when you activated the automatic renewal service will not be refunded in any way.

3.3 If the price of the Joy Health Life APP monthly subscription service is adjusted before the automatic renewal date, Teng Jinda will announce the changes on the relevant page before the deduction and will deduct the fee at the current effective price.

3.4 Teng Jinda does not charge any handling fees for you to activate this Service, but Teng Jinda has the right to decide whether to charge or adjust the automatic renewal cycle and fee according to business needs or market changes, and will announce it on the relevant page.

3.5 The Service provided by Teng Jinda to you is only for use on the Joy Health Life APP platform. Any use of paid membership services by maliciously cracking or other illegal means to circumvent renewal constitutes a violation of this Agreement. The perpetrator shall bear all legal consequences arising therefrom, and Teng Jinda will pursue the legal responsibility of the perpetrator in accordance with the law.

Article 4 Termination of this Service

4.1 You have the right to choose to terminate this Service at any time on the relevant page of the Joy Health Life APP platform. After termination, Teng Jinda will stop providing this Service to you.

4.2 Termination process, that is, steps to close the continuous monthly subscription service:

Android:

• If it is Alipay, you can cancel it on the Alipay My > Settings > Payment Settings > No Password Payment/Automatic Deduction page;

If you cannot find the Joy Health Life APP membership monthly subscription service to cancel after following the path, it means you have already canceled it.

iOS:

• Open [Settings] > iTunes Store > Apple ID > View Apple ID > Subscriptions > Cancel Joy Health Life Continuous Monthly Subscription.

When you first purchased the continuous monthly subscription service, you have read and agreed to the automatic deduction agreement. If you do not want to continue renewing, you can cancel the continuous monthly subscription service at any time by following the above methods. The cancellation will not affect the validity of the membership that has already been activated. If you do not renew, there will be no further deductions.

4.3 The automatic renewal deduction instruction you authorized Teng Jinda before you choose to terminate this Service is still valid. Once Teng Jinda successfully deducts the fee, it will not be refunded and will open the service for the next billing cycle for you.

Article 5 Joy Health Value-Added Services (Joy Health Membership Monthly Subscription Description)

(1) Service Name: VIP Continuous Monthly Subscription Member;

(2) Monthly subscription period: one month;

(3) Subscription price: 18 yuan/month;

(4) Payment method: After the user confirms the purchase and payment, the amount will be credited to the iTunes account.

(5) Cancel renewal: To cancel renewal, manually turn off the "Auto-Renewal" function in iTunes/Apple ID settings management 24 hours before the current subscription expires;

(6) Renewal: The Apple iTunes account will be charged within 24 hours before the expiration date, and once the deduction is successful, the subscription period will be extended for one month.
