To manage your personal profile data and enhance the accuracy of sports data, we need to collect your personal profile, including gender, date of birth, height, weight, and sports settings data. You can go to "Mine" > "Personal Profile" to fill in or modify. If you do not provide such information, it will affect the accuracy of sports data calculation, but it will not affect your local use of personal profile management functions.
In order to support the binding of your smart wearable device with the application, we will collect the identification information of the smart wearable device, hashed IMEI number, IMSI, MAC address, MEID, Android ID, device hardware serial number, SIM card identification, phone model, system version number, Bluetooth information of the smart wearable device, and device model. At the same time, we will collect the currently running application process information to determine whether the current application is running in the foreground and to process corresponding businesses based on different processes.
While using our smart wearable device ("Device"), we will collect and record information related to your sports activities, including location information, exercise trajectory, exercise type, exercise duration, step count, distance, calories burned, elevation gain, speed, and other sports data. The purpose of collecting this information is to record and statistically analyze your daily sports data and trajectory to provide you with rich sports services. We will also collect your personal information, including your nickname, gender, birthday, height, weight, and body composition (body fat percentage). These pieces of information will be used to calculate and display heart rate, blood sugar, step count, calories burned, sleep time, and other information on the smart wearable device and in the application, enabling you to better understand your sports status. Your personal information will also be used to provide you with sports advice. This information will be displayed on the smart wearable device and in the application, and you can view it at any time. If you activate the course running, this information will be displayed in the course video. If you activate the voice broadcast function, the device will announce your heart rate changes and full kilometer information. If you do not provide your personal information (including gender, height, age, weight), default values will be used to calculate and display heart rate, step count, calories burned, sleep time, and default values will also be used to provide you with sports advice services.
We will obtain your sports data (step count, weight, etc.) to better understand your sports condition.
Providers offering trajectory recording services for outdoor single sports in this service include: Gaode Software Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Tengjinda Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Google Inc. To use this service, you need to provide your location information to the map service provider. Some maps also require your device identifier and network information. The collection and processing of specific data are governed by the privacy policies of the respective map service providers. Please refer to the privacy policy of the corresponding map service provider.
If you do not provide such information, we will be unable to provide cloud-side storage of your sports data. Uninstalling the application or changing your device will result in the loss of sports data, but it will not affect your local use of sports data recording functions.
While using our smart wearable device ("Device"), we will collect and record your health data such as blood pressure, blood sugar, blood oxygen saturation, heartbeat, and women's health information. Among them, you can actively input and modify blood pressure, blood sugar, heart rate, and women's health-related information.
We provide menstrual cycle recording and prediction services for female users. When you use the menstrual cycle prediction and recording service, we need to collect the female health data you actively fill in (such as menstrual-related dates and symptoms) to show you your menstrual situation and provide menstrual cycle prediction services based on past records. After you actively fill in and enable this function, you can view it on the watch device for recording. Please rest assured that your information will only be used to display on the wearable device and will not be used for other purposes.
We provide sleep recording services for you. When you use the sleep recording service, we will collect your deep sleep, light sleep, awake, and rapid eye movement distribution through the smart wearable device you bind to provide you with sleep monitoring services.
Some models of wearable devices provide skin temperature measurement services. For this, we will collect your skin temperature data and measurement update time.
To manage your health data and display your relevant data, we need to collect your sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, blood oxygen, blood fat, uric acid, body temperature, menstrual cycle, etc. Health data is sensitive personal information. The purpose of collecting such information is to measure, record, display, and statistically analyze health-related data to provide you with rich health services.
If you do not provide such information, we will be unable to provide cloud-side storage of your health data. Uninstalling or changing your device will result in the loss of health data, but it will not affect your local use of the "Yefit" health data management function.
(1) Message Notification Function: If you enable the notification push function, push messages on your phone will also be pushed to the watch device. Please rest assured that we will not read your notification messages. Your notification messages will only be used for display on the watch and will not be saved. You can manage the synchronization push settings on the application.
(2) Incoming Call Reminder and Answering Calls: You can use the watch device to control incoming calls from your phone. When you enable the call reminder function in the application and the watch and phone are connected, the watch device can display the connected phone's incoming call number and vibrate to remind you. At this time, you can choose to reject the call or mute the phone ringtone. Please rest assured that your incoming call number will only be used for display on the watch, and the watch device will not store your incoming call number or upload it to the cloud. If your device supports answering and making calls, you can answer or make calls using the watch device. To achieve this function, we need to collect your call records for dialing and answering calls. Your call records for dialing and answering calls will be saved on the watch device and will not be uploaded to the cloud. If you have granted permission to read the address book on the application side, you can wake up the voice assistant on the watch device to dial a contact person specified by you. To achieve this function, the application side will synchronize the incoming call number and contact person's name to your watch device for display. If your device supports the emergency contact call function, you can trigger an emergency call by pressing the bottom right button of the watch device three times. To achieve this function, we need to synchronize and save your emergency contact information (including name and phone number) to the firmware side.
(3) Payment Function: If your device supports the payment function, you can enable the smart device payment function provided by a third-party payment service provider through the watch device. After you activate this function, you can complete the payment by scanning the QR code on the device directly. Please note that this function is provided to you by a third-party payment service provider, so when you activate it, we strongly recommend that you carefully read the relevant agreements of the third-party payment service provider. When you use Alipay for payment, please carefully read Alipay's "Smart Device Service Agreement" and "Alipay Privacy Policy." To provide you with the ability to pay with Alipay, we will collect your Alipay nickname, account name, and Alipay payment barcode. Please rest assured that this information will only be saved on the watch device and will not be uploaded to the cloud.
(4) Alarm Clock Function: You can use the alarm clock function provided by the watch device. To achieve these functions, we need to collect your settings information. (5) Controlling Music Playback on the Phone: After the watch device is connected to the application, you can control the playback of your phone's music app through the watch device, such as pause/play, previous or next song, and volume control. When you use the Watch smart control, you can control other devices (including speakers, TVs, headphones), including pause/play, previous or next song, and volume control. Therefore, we will obtain your Watch smart control device list and device names. Please rest assured that we will not save your control operations or upload them to the cloud.
(6) Remote Camera Control Function: If your device supports the remote camera control function, after the watch device is connected to the application, you can control your phone's camera app to take photos and delay photos. After shooting, you need to check the shooting situation on the phone side. Please rest assured that the watch device will not collect your control operations or upload them to the cloud.
(7) Find Phone Function: You can use the watch device to find your phone. When you trigger the find phone function from the watch device, the watch device will send instructions via Bluetooth, and the phone will ring upon receiving the instructions.
(8) Setting Function of the Watch Device: You can manage the settings of the watch device. You can set and manage functions such as dial replacement, brightness adjustment, screen display, do not disturb mode, and activity reminders for the watch device.
(9) Watch Face Market: To ensure that your watch face data is not lost when you change your phone or reinstall the application, we will collect the downloaded watch face ID, watch face order, and the most recent saved image content and style in the album watch face function. To ensure the stability of device connection experience and data synchronization, when you connect a wearable device, if your phone is shut down and restarted, to ensure the connection status between the wearable device and the application, the application needs to be started automatically to connect to the device. Otherwise, after you shut down and restart your phone, if you do not actively open the application again, you will be unable to use related functions such as small message notifications and call reminders.
